Ingredients:

45 gm • Dairy - Greek Yoghurt (Unsweetened, Full Fat)
6 gm • Ginger
1 tsp • Salt
2 tsp • Olive Oil
1 tsp • Cumin
1 tsp • Cinnamon
1 tsp • Cardamon
80 gm • Tomatoes
0.5 tsp • Chilli Powder
50 gm • White Rice
1 piece • Veg Stock (Og Free)
100 gm • The No Meat Company No Chick Strips
How to Prepare:
Marinate the mock meat pieces in a mixture of yogurt, hing, crushed ginger, and salt for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Heat oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds, sautéing for ten seconds. Then, add the cinnamon and cardamom.
Add the chillies, followed by the tomatoes. Cook over medium heat for two minutes, then add the chilli powder and mix well.
Stir in the marinated mock meat pieces and cook for three minutes. Pour in the chicken stock and bring to a boil. Add the uncooked rice and bring to a boil again.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook over medium heat for three minutes, then reduce to low heat.
Remove the lid and stir lightly to separate the rice grains.
