Ingredients
80 gm • Paneer
2 tbsp • Siracha
2 tsp • Soy
5 gm • Dried Chillies
15 gm • Passata
1 tsp • Coconut Oil
4 gm • Ginger, Raw
100 gm • Salad
1 medium • (Approx 2-3/4" Long, 2-1/2" Dia), Green Bell Pepper
How to Prepare:
Wash, cut, and weigh all the vegetables.
Heat a pan and add the peppers (no oil needed—the water from the peppers will suffice). Sprinkle some asafoetida and cook until slightly charred.
Remove the peppers from the pan. Add oil and cook the paneer, or coat the paneer in oil and cook it in the air fryer (using one spoon of oil or 4 sprays of oil spray).
Once the paneer is cooked, remove it from the pan. In the same pan, add oil, ginger, and chilli. Let it cook, then add asafoetida and Passata. Cook until the mixture releases oil.
Add sriracha and soy sauce, then toss in the peppers and paneer, allowing them to absorb the flavors.
