Paneer fried rice

Ingredients

35 gm • Basmati Rice

1 tbsp • Coconut Oil

30 gm • Shittake Mushrooms

40 gm • Green Beans

10 gm • Celery

0.5 serving • Lemon Juice

80 gm • Paneer

8 gm • Salted Peanuts

2 tbsp • Soy Sauce

1 serving • Ginger And Chillies (To Your Taste)


How to Prepare:

  1. Wash and boil the rice according to the package instructions.

  2. Heat oil in a skillet and add your preferred seasonings (I like to use hing, paprika, ginger, and chillies).

  3. Add all the chopped vegetables and let them cook until tender.

  4. Crumble in the paneer.

  5. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, stirring everything together well.

  6. Mix thoroughly and combine all the flavors.

  7. Top with peanuts and a squeeze of lemon juice.
